Partner Training


Small group training is excellent for bridal parties, families, husband and wife, co-workers, friends, athletic groups and people who have crazy work schedules. Working as a team is a great way to accomplish your fitness goals while building comradery. Workouts are fun and are customized to each person's fitness level. Partner training appointments can be held in your home, office, or the great outdoors.
